Fill out the bio-data form in the prescribed format (Annexure-A) completely and accurately.

Attach attested copies of APARs for the preceding 5 years and required vigilance clearance certificates.

Forward the application through proper channel along with No Objection Certificate from the Cadre Controlling Authority.

Send the completed application to Director (Personnel & Administration), Department of Space, Antariksh Bhavan, New BEL Road, Bengaluru - 560 094 within 30 days.
