Fill out the application form in block letters with all required details.
Attach self-attested photocopies of educational certificates, APARs/ACRs for the last 5 years, and vigilance clearance certificate.
Get the application forwarded through proper channel with employer endorsement.
Superscribe the envelope as "Application for the post of [Post Name] in NCLAT on deputation basis" and send it to the Registrar, National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, 3rd Floor, Mahanagar Doorsanchar Sadan (MTNL Building), 9, C.G.O. Complex, Lodhi Road, New Delhi - 110003.
