Avni was not satisfied with her initial score of 95.2%. She felt a discrepancy in her secured marks, particularly in English and Business Studies. She was confident about her performance, especially in English, and challenged the evaluation by applying for re-checking. The scrutiny of her answer sheets resulted in an additional 24 marks, making her achieve a perfect 500 out of 500 in the Class 12th Board Exam.

CBSE's Re-Evaluation Process

The CBSE Re-Evaluation Process works in two steps. First, students can apply for scanned copies of their answer sheets via the official CBSE website by logging in with the required credentials and paying the required fees per subject. Once the fees are paid, students will receive an acknowledgement page, which can be saved for future purposes. The scripts will be available on their profile within a few days. Second, students need to submit a formal verification request mentioning the issue they are facing, such as counting mistakes, missing sheets, or unmarked answers.
