Selection Stages
- Stage 1 – Single Online Exam (200 marks): No Prelims. Shortlists candidates for Interview based on exam merit and category-wise cutoffs.
- Stage 2 – Interview (50 marks): Conducted at RRB offices or IBPS-designated centres. Tests domain knowledge, banking awareness, communication, and leadership potential. Minimum qualifying marks: 40% (General), 35% (SC/ST/OBC/PwD).
- Stage 3 – Provisional Allotment: Based on 80% online exam + 20% interview combined score. State/RRB preference submitted during application is considered.
