Essential qualification: Bachelor's Degree from a recognized University or equivalent. Final-year graduates may apply subject to producing degree at document verification.
Age limit (most posts — 18–30 years): Born not earlier than 02.08.1996 and not later than 01.08.2008 (age calculated as on 01.08.2026). Some posts have 18–27, 20–30 or 18–32 years — check post-wise age in the official notification.
Approximate vacancies: 12,256 (tentative; updated post-wise breakdown on ssc.gov.in).
Exam schedule: Tier-I CBE — August–September 2026; Tier-II CBE — December 2026 (tentative).

How to Apply / आवेदन कैसे करें
Visit the official SSC website https://ssc.gov.in (or SSC mySSC mobile app).
Complete One-Time Registration (OTR) on the new SSC portal if not already done.
Login with OTR credentials and open the SSC CGL 2026 application form.
Fill personal, educational, category, post preference and other details carefully.
Upload photograph, signature and certificates as per SSC specifications.
Pay application fee of ₹100 online (if not exempted) by 23.06.2026 (23:00 hours).
Submit the application before 22.06.2026 (23:00 hours) and save the confirmation page.
Application correction window: 29.06.2026 to 01.07.2026 (23:00 hours), if needed.
