Applications for Scale III are part of the unified CRP RRBs XII (2026) notification on ibps.in alongside Scale I, Scale II, and Office Assistant. The application window is typically 21 days.
Application Steps
- Step 1 – New Registration: Visit ibps.in → CRP RRBs XII (2026) → Officers Scale II and III → New Registration → Name, DOB, Email, Mobile → Save Registration Number and Password.
- Step 2 – Post & State Selection: Login → Select Scale III as post → Choose state and RRB preferences (up to the number specified in notification). Note: Scale III and Scale II applications may be on the same form – carefully select Scale III.
- Step 3 – Experience & Qualification Details: Enter complete details of banking experience: current employer, designation (Scale I/II/etc.), date of joining, date of confirmation, current posting location, and duties performed.
- Step 4 – Document Upload: Photograph (20–50 KB, JPG), Signature (10–20 KB), Left Thumb Impression (20–50 KB), Handwritten Declaration.
- Step 5 – Fee Payment: ₹850 (General/OBC/EWS) or ₹175 (SC/ST/PwD) via online modes.
- Step 6 – Submit & Confirm: Review all entries, especially experience details → Final Submit → Download confirmation page.
Documents to Keep Ready for Interview Stage
- Experience certificate from current/previous employer(s) confirming officer designation and dates
- Last 3 months' salary slips from current employer
- Promotion letter/appointment order confirming officer grade
- Performance appraisal reports (some RRBs request these at interview stage)
- JAIIB/CAIIB certification if obtained (not mandatory but adds credibility)
