Negative Marking
For Paper I (Objective), there is a penalty of 1/3rd of the marks allotted to a question for each wrong answer. Paper II being descriptive carries no negative marking.

The final merit list is prepared on the basis of aggregate marks secured in the Written Examination (Paper I + Paper II) and the Personality Test, subject to qualifying the PST, PET, and Medical Examination.
