Step-by-Step Application Process
- Step 1 – Choose Your RRB: Based on your preferred railway zone for posting, select one RRB. Visit the respective RRB's official website (rrbXXX.gov.in).
- Step 2 – New Registration: Click 'New Registration' → Enter Name, Father's Name, DOB, Email, Mobile → Submit to receive OTP → Verify and complete basic profile.
- Step 3 – Fill Application Form: Login with Registration Number → Fill personal details, educational qualification, post preferences (Graduate Level / UG Level), and community/category details.
- Step 4 – Upload Documents: Upload passport-size photo (JPG, 20–50 KB), signature (JPG, 10–20 KB), and thumb impression (JPG, 20–50 KB) as per RRB specifications.
- Step 5 – Exam City Preferences: Select up to 4 exam city preferences from the RRB's jurisdiction.
- Step 6 – Fee Payment: General/OBC/EWS: ₹500 (₹400 refunded after CBT 1 attempt). SC/ST/Ex-SM/PwD/Female/Transgender/Minorities/Economically backward: ₹250 (fully refundable on CBT 1 attempt).
- Step 7 – Final Submit: Preview all details → Submit → Download PDF confirmation.
