Selection Stages
- Prelims: Qualifying. Shortlists ~20 times vacancies for Mains.
- Mains: Merit-determining. State and category-wise merit lists prepared.
- Language Proficiency Test (LPT): Qualifying. Conducted for candidates who haven't studied local language in their academic curriculum. Failing LPT disqualifies from joining.
- Document Verification: Original certificate verification before joining order.

Career Growth
- Junior Associate → Senior Associate → Special Associate → Assistant Manager via internal exam
