Step-by-Step Application Guide
- Step 1: Visit ssc.gov.in and register via One-Time Registration (OTR) if not already done.
- Step 2: Log in with OTR credentials and click on Apply against the CHSL 2026 notification.
- Step 3: Fill in personal details: Name, DOB, Category, Aadhaar number, address.
- Step 4: Enter educational qualification details (12th pass details, board, year, percentage).
- Step 5: Select exam centre preferences (up to 3 choices).
- Step 6: Upload scanned photograph (20–50 KB, JPEG) and signature (10–20 KB, JPEG).
- Step 7: Pay application fee of ₹100 via Net Banking / Debit Card / Credit Card / UPI. SC/ST/PwD/Female: No fee.
- Step 8: Review, submit, and download the final application confirmation.
