- Step 2 – Part II Registration: Login with Registration ID → Fill detailed personal, educational, and service preference information → Select optional subject and medium of examination (Hindi/English).
- Step 3 – Upload Documents: Upload scanned photograph (40 KB, JPG), signature (40 KB, JPG), and PwD certificate (if applicable). Ensure image dimensions meet UPSC specifications.
- Step 4 – Fee Payment: Pay ₹100 fee via SBI Net Banking, SBI Branch Cash (using e-Challan), or Visa/Master/RuPay Debit/Credit card. SC/ST/Female/PwD are fee-exempted.
